- RULES OF USE AND SECURITY
www.strateji360.com is open to all members. The services provided on the site are free of charge unless otherwise stated.
In the following written cases, the site management may prevent the member from using the site and reserves its legal rights against the person or persons involved in the following attempts:
1.a. Incorrect, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, including expressions that are not in accordance with the general rules of morality and contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
1.b. Unauthorized partial or complete copying of the site content.
1.c. The user is directly responsible for any damages that may arise from the sharing of information such as username, the password given to users or determined by them, usage rights, with third parties or organizations (use of this information by persons other than the user). Likewise, the user cannot use personal information such as IP address, e-mail address, or user name belonging to someone else on the internet, nor can the user access or use the private information of other users without permission. The user is deemed to have accepted all kinds of legal and criminal liabilities that may arise from such use.
1.d. Using software that threatens the security of the site, preventing the operation of the site and the software used, carrying out activities, attempting to do so, and obtaining, deleting, and changing information.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
2.a. The user agrees to comply with the provisions of the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, decrees with the force of law and legal regulations regarding the protection of trademark and patent rights, Turkish Code of Obligations and other relevant legislation, and all kinds of announcements and notifications that www.strateji360.com will publish regarding its services while using the www.strateji360.com website and services. Any legal, criminal, and financial liability that may arise due to use contrary to these notices and laws belongs to the user.
2.b. If it is determined that the user does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules announced on www.strateji360.com, the user’s use of www.strateji360.com may be blocked by www.strateji360.com for a period of time or indefinitely and/or the account may be closed.
2.c. The user may not act in a way that prevents or makes it difficult for other users and visitors to use www.strateji360.com, and may not install automatic programs and force/lock servers or databases. Cannot make cheating attempts. If found, it accepts that its membership will be terminated and accepts any legal and criminal liability that may arise from the situation.
2.d. The user cannot delete or remove copyright, trademark, and any notes within the scope of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works on any material copied or printed from www.strateji360.com.
2.e. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be made by the user by sending the relevant request to the e-mail address [email protected]. The user who cancels his/her membership will have his/her access to the site canceled. The person who cancels his/her membership accepts that this process is irreversible.
2.f. The relations of the users of the site with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of the persons.
2.g. Different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified in certain parts of the site. Persons and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.
2.h. To read the measures we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy on this subject, please read our Privacy and Security Policy document.
2.i. The user accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card information, e-mail address, etc.) to be used in the purchases to be made through the site is correct and that the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from them belong to him.
2.j. Only one session can be opened at the same time with the same username and password. Otherwise, the previous session is terminated and the unsaved information is deleted. The user is deemed to have accepted that he/she will only log in from a single device with the same user name at the same time, otherwise, the information not saved in the previous session will be deleted.
- NOTIFICATION ADDRESSES
3.a. www.strateji360.com does not request postal addresses from its users in advance. However, the e-mail address that the user notifies www.strateji360.com shall be deemed to be the e-mail from which the legal address will be requested for any notification to be made in relation to this agreement.
3.b. Unless the parties notify the other party in writing of any changes in their existing e-mail addresses within three days, they agree that requests to their old e-mail addresses shall be valid and deemed to have been made to them.
3.c. All notifications to be made by www.strateji360.com using the registered e-mail address of the user shall be deemed to have reached the user one day after the e-mail is sent by www.strateji360.com. The user declares, accepts, and undertakes that he/she has read, understood, and accepted all of the articles in this participation agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about himself/herself.
